Brunch Potato Casserole
I liked it, but next time would use half an onion, and add some milk because the sauce was a bit sticky.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Wasn't sure how much chicken to use since it didn't give a weight. I also didn't know how much water to use. So I decided to try 1 lb chicken tenders (shredded after 4 hours), 2 carrots (diced), 2 tsp celery salt, 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper, 1 can cream chicken soup, 1 can cream mushroom soup, 3 cans water, 2 T butter, 1/4 cup frozen diced onions, and 10 frozen biscuits (thawed first and cut into 1/6ths.) Cooked biscuits for last 1 1/2 hours for a total of 5 1/2 total baking time. Perfect! Also this freezes and reheats well if you want to prepare in advance.
