Mushroom Orzo
I bulked this up with other vegetables - one zucchini, two carrots, and 10oz white mushrooms plus one portabello. Also used vegetable broth instead of water. My husband and I are trying to eat more veggies and less carbs - I stuck with the amount of orzo called for, but probably ended up using 4x the veggies chopped in my food processor. We both loved it. Definately do this again.

Whipped Cream
It looked beautiful, and was fun to make! I made it before dessert on Thanksgiving - I put it in the big mixer, and let the mixer do the work for me! I do think next time it needs a little bit more confectioner's sugar....

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
Like other reviewers said, I used 1lb Velveta and 1/2lb cheddar - it's outstanding! Be prepared to share it - I have 3+ quarts!
