Mustard Vinaigrette
Very nice recipe. I think you may consider the garlic and/or hot sauce as "optional". I chose to leave them out, wanting a more classic honey mustard, and it was very tasty. I also scaled down the amount of oil and thought it came out fine--a little bit thicker, perhaps, but it did help me save some calories!
