I hate regular pizza... mostly because of the sauce, but I LOVED THIS. We made the Smoky Chipotle Hummus recipe from this site. Used Mozerella cheese. Tossed all the veg (red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, spinach) in olive oil and minced garlic. Grilled on the George foreman and put on pizza. Used Pizza Dough I from this site as well. IT WAS AMAZING!

As written, it was WAY WAY WAY to peanut-buttery. I just felt like I was eating hot peanut butter, but there is potential for this dish yet. I recommend to anyone making this for the first time to ADD THE PEANUT BUTTER SLOWLY WHILE TASTING IT. The bites I had with red peppers or tomatoes in them were good, but just too much peanut taste otherwise.

This was just okay to me. I think it could be better by increasing (doubling?) the spices except the cayenne (unless you really like spicy). I love potatoes so this still was fine but not very flavorful. Had no trouble with the potatoes being undercooked at the end. Came out great.
