Cabbage Sloppy Joes
I got this recipe in my e-mail box this morning and I had all the ingredients on hand (except the green pepper) so I decided to make it for dinner since it sounded good. I added an extra celery rib in place of the green pepper. This turned out really good! I'm really not a big vegetable fan, and this was a great way to "hide" them! I served it open faced over toast since I didn't have rolls, but that worked fine.
