I am a house wife for the time being. I make tote bags and purses for extra cash. I love movies and spending time with family. After 9 years of marriage I have become the mother of a wonderful little boy. He was born 16 weeks early. He weighed 1 pound 6 oz. He is our miracle! God is so great! He is 14 months old now and 23 pounds. He is my pride and joy! I love Italian food! i make a mean pot of spaghetti. My husband loves it. My mother in law loves my mexican dishes. I have become a southern girl at heart so my father in law says that my red beans and rice are at the top of his list. Thanksgiving. I have everyone over to our house and we eat! Rosemary roasted turkey is on our menu! At christmas i make cookies for all the nieces and nephews to take as gifts to sunday school. All the kids look forward to them every year. Their favs are the chocolate chip and the oatmeal nut raisin. I made lasagna rolls using ricotta cheese, spinach, and prosciutto. I had to make a bechamel sauce from scratch. I was so scared it would fail but it was great. I made these for my in laws anniversary 5 years ago and they have asked me to make them for them every year since. So I make them at their house with all the trimmings and leave them knowing they'll have a nice night. I tried to make pouched salmon one time and it was awful. I also tried to make fried green tomatoes that were not good at all.
