This receipe was fabulous! The only thing I added was red peppers which my husband requested. It's good by itself, but we added the cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips and that made it out of this world! Highly recommended!

I liked this recipe, but didn't love it. I thought the mushrooms didn't taste good in it. I would probably add corn to the recipe next time, too.

If you like sweet and tangy meat, then I think this is a good recipe. I liked the juiciness of the meat, but I realized I personally am not a big fan of the sweetness. However, my husband did like it and he is rather judgemental of food he didn't prepare himself. I did add a little hot sauce for him, but that's all I changed.
