G's Flank Steak Marinade
This is a great marinade. I add about 1/4- 1/2 C. orange juice. I also cook under the broiler for about 4-5 min per side then wrap in foil for 10 min. for meat to soak all juices back in.

Spaghetti Squash I
Good and different. Next time I will use fresh tomatos for sure and the fresh basil gave it a great flavor.
