Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This was my first attempt at Pumpkin Bread and I was very pleased! Simple and easy to make. Delicious to eat! Like others have said - I used 1/2 oil, 1/2 applesauce, 1/2 butter, 1 cup dark brown sugar, 2 cups sugar. I also drizzled (cut a small hole in corner of plastic bag to drizzle)the powdered sugar/butter/cinnamon frosting on top. Would definately recommend and will be baking again soon (maybe even tomorrow!)
