Pumpkin Pie Squares
These were really very good tasting, but much thinner than I was expecting. I think maybe baking in a little smaller pan would be better, which I will try next time. This will not replace regular pumpkin pie, but I will make these again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was really good. I used less chicken and did not use the beer. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. Will be making this one again.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
This was very good. I used less chicken than was called for and I did not use the beer. This is a great recipe that can be tweaked for your own personal preferences. Highly recommend.
