I'm a stay-at-home mom and I'm always looking for exciting new recipes to try out on my family. We are not a picky group and I'm always encouraging them to try new things I love making foods that are exceptionally good and cause people to over eat. ha ha!! Ever since I was a little girl my mom has made bean and cheese enchiladas and I have never met anyone who didn't like them. I now enjoy making them for my family. I make a garlic salad that is to DIE for!! I'll have to post the recipe sometime... Once I tried to make meatless meatloaf and it came out more like mushy baby food because I didn't let all of the water drain out of the lentils before trying to bake it....disaster!
