This turned out pretty tasty. I agree the potatoes need to be cooked a little longer. I halved the recipe and added a sliced jalapeno for a little spice. Good the next day too!

Slow-Cooker Lasagne

I substituted spicy Italian sausage for the beef and there was no blandness here. Was ready at around 3 hours. Very good and I will make this again.

Squash Stuffing Casserole

Simple Carnitas

Soooo delicious! I followed the directions except used a pork loin added some fajita seasoning and cut back on the salt. Made these into tacos with onion, cilantro and lime. Boyfriend was eating these up faster than I could put the tacos together!

Blue Monday Dip

I'm not a huge fan of celery and apparently that is what Beau Monde seasoning tastes like. (Never used it before.) I would make this again, but substitute something for the Beau Monde seasoning, only because of my own preferences. Significant other enjoyed.

Hearty Tortellini Soup

This turned out delicious and easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used the entire package of Italian sausage. (I was afraid I'd just end up throwing the rest away.) I will be making this again in the furture.

Chicken and Corn Chowder

Delicious! I threw in some mushrooms, potatoes and cayenne pepper. I bet it will taste even better tomorrow. (You need extra bacon if you have a bacon thief in the house like I do.)

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
