Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I was only cooking for two so I used a 2lb roast, but used the same amount of ingredients. A porter beer and added some worchestshire and garlic. I like my roast beef a little rare, so I cooked about 3 hours, sliced and put back in the crock pot a little longer. Provolone cheese and French bread. Turned out delicous! Had a lot of extra au jus, and will try to make a onion soup out of it.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
This turned out delicious! I put a tab of butter under the skin in the intial baking and added a little bit of flour to the sauce on the stove to thicken it up a bit. Otherwise followed the recipe with 2 hens. I will definitely make again!

Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip
I made this according to recipe. It was very easy and turned out delicious. My boyfriend said it was the best spinach dip he ever had! Just the right amount of spicy.
