this tasted fantastic and the aroma filled the house! Great recipe as a base. I tweaked this recipe to my taste and used dried cranberries instead of raisins, brown rice instead of white and added ginger. This turns out wonderfully every time.

Iced Tea II

Makes a great Iced Tea. I did, however, cut the sugar back to only 1/2 cup (the 3/4 was WAAAY too sweet for me).

Tofu Parmigiana

Amazing Recipe! It is tofu and yet it was extremely textured and flavorful. Amazing dish to transition a family into the vegetarian world.

Fried Zucchini

This is a great base recipe. You can always add to the cornmeal to make it a little more spicy or a little more savory. The cornmeal breadding is meant to be light. If you want a thicker coating-dredge in egg.
