Marshmallow Fondant
I loved this fondant! it was super easy and so tasty! i will be making this one again!!! i will probably try using a jar of marshmallow cream next time, because that sounds like it makes it even easier!

Carrot Cake III
I left out the nuts. we are a no nut family at my house and this was awesome! I made it for my daughters first birthday. I also cut the oil in half and used half applesauce. Loved it!

Family-Style French Toast
I tried this with regular wheat bread, didn't soak the bread just gave it a generous dunk, and it was scrumptious! I used less butter than the recipe called for and it was great with only about 2/3 of the butter. My kids said this was a do-again-er!
