About this Cook
I'm 28 and started cooking when I was about 19. It's the last 5 years when I can say I became fan of cooking. Me and my husband both love to cook and bake and to try interesting recipes. My maternal grandmother was a great cook!!! They led a restaurant with my grandfather for long years. We had great family feasts where she cooked and baked with an amazing diversity! Unfortunately I was only interested in eating her delicious dishes and desserts until she could have taught me cooking...But my mum is also a great cook, so it stays in the family :) I'm interested in healthy things with lot of vegetables but also in spicy food, soups, one-course dishes, chicken, beef and pork as well, and last but not least desserts of all kinds! I love Greek, Italian, Spanish food, and naturally Hungarian!
My favorite things to cook
Spicy pastas, variations for potato, rich soups, seafood, chocolate desserts, I love parmesan and pecorino, olives, tomato...and the rich Hungarian Gulash, beef stew and pancakes! Pancakes a Gundel style!

Apple Glazed Pork Tenderloin
This is one of the best of pork tenderloin recipes! We loved it! It's very tasty! Absolutely recommend!!! Only one change: we used quince jelly instead of apple jelly as we had that one at home. Thanks for this recipe! :)

Michelle's Coconut Chicken Curry
Pleasant meal for women! This kind of taste is mostly liked by us, women. But it's only about women usually like PiƱa Colada, and men don't. My husband also consumed it but did not ask me to make it again...(although he often does do that). So I think you shouldn't try to enchant a man with this meal but your mom the more! It is light and sweet. I liked it, but next time I will use more coconut milk, as I found the amount a little slim.

Apple, Brie, and Walnut Salad
Easy and lovely salad! I changed the amount of balsamic vinaigrette, as I found 1/2 cup too much, so I added only 1/4 cup and it was just the right amount for our taste. Instead I added more brie and toasted walnuts. I recommend it to everyone!
