Parmesan Corn Chowder
Wonderful and easy to make. Used coconut milk because that's all I had. Simply delicious. We had soup day so we could all enjoy the football games and no one was stuck in the kitchen. Made boilermaker chili, Catheryne's Spicy Chicken soup, Parmesan Corn Chowder and Bread Bowls. What a feast. EVERTHING was outstanding. Tasted even better the next day. Allrecipes.com rocks.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
Followed recipe exactly. Absolutely fabulous. Thought it made too much until I tasted it. Perfect. Even the kids love it. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Taco Seasoning I
My family loves this spice mixture. The first time I mixed it I upped it to 40 servings. It lasted one day since my kids had to take some home with them after tasting it in chili. I made a quart jar of it the next day. It's perfect.
