Hawaiian Wedding Cake I
Ok well I changed a big thing which is I made cupcakes instead of a cake. I love cupcakes and it is just easier for me to hand out. It worked out fine with the ingredients. It made 2 dozen cupcakes. I love this recipe. The cupcakes turned out great! If you are going to try to use this recipe for cupcakes well they were done in my oven in 20 minutes. Cream cheese frosting went well or no frosting makes it good also.

Hawaiian Tarts
Great recipe. The tart taste is just right with the pineapple on the bottom and coconut layer on top. I just had a few issues with baking this. First the recipe said 3 dozen. I followed the ingredients and came up to 30 tarts. I should have cooled the dough first. With other tarts I made I usually cool it to make it easier to shape with the pan. You can do it right away but I suggest cooling it. When removing the tarts from the pan, it was very difficult. The crust was very flakey. It was delicious but flakey. A few came out easily. I will definitely try this tart again for an upcoming luau party. Just a few things differently then I think it would come out better.

Sunshine S'more Cupcakes
My family members that tried them seemed to love it but me being a crazy perfectionist thought they were just ok. I thought one chocolate kiss wasn't enough so I used 4 and they didn't melt. it was also difficult putting the marshmallow on the cupcake. I have a tube i use to frost cupcakes so i tried using that and it wouldn't stick so i tried using just a spoon to put it on then that was difficult as well since it wouldn't stick. I'd probably try it again and make some changes like using a regular hershey chocolate bar instead of the kiss.
