Chocolate Banana Cream Pie
This was the first time I had ever made a homemade pie. My 7 yr old son and I made it together. It was absolutely delicious (and easy).

Good for You Greek Salad
Very good salad. I left out olives because I'm not crazy about them. I did the 3 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp. red wine vinegar and added a half of a chopped bell pepper. Good stuff!

Easy Lasagna Soup
Great soup! Very tasty and filling! All I added was a can of tomato paste and some elbow macaroni. Definitely needed a pasta of some kind. A hit with the kids.
