Oven Barbecued Chicken
It's an easy recipe..I cut the salt down to half a teaspoon and added a little chili powder and cheyene pepper to the mix.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
A good recipe. Did come out runny as written. My slow cooker tends to cook about 2 hrs faster then a normal one, even on low. Added about 3x more garlic. Next time will try it with a bit less pasta sauce and use some tomato paste as suggested.

Old Fashioned Fudge Cookies
Incredibly easy to make. Fantasitic recipe. Substituted the bar chocolate with melted dark chocolate chips then cut the white sugar down to 3/4 cup. My nephew and his friends couldn't get enough.
