Indian Chicken Curry II
This stuff would make Ghandi end a hunger strike! It was so good that I made it twice in about 3 days. I served it over brown rice that I had cooked in a rice cooker and some warm pita bread which was an adequate substitute for the nan you might have with a traditional Indian meal

Raspberry Tiramisu
I made this for a special Valntine's Day Italian meal I prepared for my girlfriend. It was a big hit. I used white choclate instead and did not include the almonds. I also put extra raspberries scattered across the top. They reminded us of little hearts. This dessert is a force to be reckoned with.

World's Best Lasagna
The Lasagna is aptly named. One could rule the world with the power of this lasagna. It's really too dangerous to be trusted in the hands of the general public. To think what could happen if the terrorists were able to harness the power of this dish is, well, quite frankly, terrifying.
