Great recipe for blossoms, but for me it needed more peanut butter (1 cup instead of a 1/2) and I will definitely use butter instead of shortening the next time as butter just really gives a cookie a much better flavor. I always feel shortening, no matter if it's butter flavor or regular, it just doesn't have as fresh of a taste. Otherwise this is a great recipe.

Made this the other day and all i can say is YUM! It is so easy and quick to make and it turned out great, even better than I expected. I made the recipe to a 't' and didn't change a thing. It has the perfect balance of rich cream cheese and Oreo cookie flavor without being too sweet and I absolutely love it as well did everyone else! I'll be making this again!

Oh wow! These cookies are so chewy and peanut buttery. This is THE BEST peanut butter cookie recipe I've ever made. You better make sure you make several batches of these as everyone will be eating them up!
