BUSH'S® Black Bean and Mango Salad

Fantastic! I had an extra mango and looked for an easy recipe to use it in. REALLY, REALLY good! As another reviewer suggested, I added a can of corn because I was a little short on the 2 cups of mango. Also used a sweet frying pepper because I didn't have a bell pepper. Try this! It won't disappoint!

Russian Carrot Salad

Really, really good! A nice change from regular slaw. I was looking for a quick, simple side dish for dinner last night. Wasn't sure if I would like the combination, but it really works! Great way to get more veggies! Thanks!

Frogmore Stew

Wonderful, easy-to-fix meal! Made it for Father's Day and everyone loved it! Had a very busy weekend and had to host Father's Day at our house for 8 adults and 2 kids. This was not only delicious, it was really easy to make, especially since I was short on time. Will definitely make it again and again. My only problem is I need a bigger stockpot! Thanks for the recipe!

Indian Turkey Burgers With Lime, Cucumbers & Chutney

Really good! A real change from traditional burgers. The spices were a taste explosion in my mouth! I made it with Indian Spiced potato salad. Had to do them on the stove, but next time (when it's warmer here in PA) I'll do them on the grill. Thanks!

Sauerkraut Hot Dog Topping

I really didn't think I would care for this, as I only like sauerkraut in a few dishes, but this was amazing! Made it with the Seattle Cream Cheese Dogs. Really, really good! Thanks for the recipe!!!

Seattle Cream Cheese Dogs

These were fantastic! They sounded so strange I had to try them and I'm so glad I did! I made them as other reviewers posted, with the Sauerkraut Hot Dog Topping also from this site. Unbelievable! My hubby and I loved them! If you have any doubts about them, just try them once and you will understand! Thanks for the recipe!!!!
