Naan
I used the converter and made a recipe for 28 servings. I used whey that I had leftover from making cheese in place of the water. I also used a 60/40 mixture of 60% fresh ground hard white wheat berries to 40% King Arthur bread flour. I mixed the dough up in a Bosch mixer and then let it rise til doubled in a seaperate bowl. I scaled my dough at 8 oz (I wanted very large naan breads) and it yielded 8-8oz dough balls. I did not use a grill though. Rather I pre-heated my over to 500F along with a large baking stone. I cooked each naan for about 3 minutes under the broiler. The rack was in the middle of the oven btw. The bread was beaultiful and absolutely perfect!!!! I will definitely be using this again and may in the future do a complete whole grain version with fresh milled hard white wheat berries.

Cheese Crispies
Really great snack for the children. I didn't use the worcheshire sauce or the garlice powder though. It is also just as good without the crispy cereal.
