Eggplant and Zucchini Casserole
I loved the veggies, hated the dressing mix. Maybe I got it wrong, it was confusing as to how to do the dressing. Maybe I wasn't suppose to add prepare the dressing? Next time I will make this but omit the dressing.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II
This is a great recipe for a very fancy frosting. The directions should state cook stirring constantly until thick, I cooked this for at least 10-15 min. Don't give up it will thicken. Remove right away when it does because it can get too thick. If your familiar with making candy you will understand the concept better. Enjoy!

Javi's Really Real Mexican Ceviche
This is great, my first attempt at Ceviche. I used real crab, med shrimp and white fish. I will make it again!!
