My favorite things to cook
Mexican and Italian. I also have really gotten into baking both breads and cakes. It all started after getting my first stand mixer and taking a cake decorating class. I'm addicted, and my friends and family are very happy about that.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
This is an excellent recipe. I was out of basil so I put in dried thyme and extra parsley. I also like it more spicy so I added red pepper flakes in with the garlic/ oil. It was absolutely fantastic. I didn't need to double the sauce either. I thought it was perfect as is.

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices
I love fish and am always trying to find new recipes for it. This was VERY good and VERY easy. Made the recipe as is and thought it was fantastic. Will definitely make this again!

Barbecue Ribs
Yummy! This was fantastic. I was baking it at the same time as a cheesecake so I baked it at 325 for 1:30 and then rested it and cooked it. I also re-heated the sauce (after boiling) with the meat. It's fantastic to dip the ribs in! AMAZING recipe!
