Portobello Mushroom Burgers
This was a nice change from the standard beef burger, with no guilt added. It was tasty from the marinade and didn't need any additional "sauce" on top. It was great just topped with tomato and red onion. Will definitely be making again

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This was good and has 5 star potential. I made this recipe without any alterations. The vinegar was too strong however...and I like balsamic vinegar. Next time I will cut the vinegar by half.

Sherry Apple Pork Chops
These were absolutely delicous! I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the stated cook time is WAY too long, despite using extra extra thick chops. I think 40 minutes would have been perfect. I doubled the sugar, cinnamon and butter. The last 10 minutes I added another 1/4 cup of sherry mixed with 2 T cornstarch to thicken the sauce. It was magnificent!
