Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken
Absolutely tasty chicken, the orange and rosemary permeates the meat. Chicken stock and beer in the bottom of the pan to cook the potatoes. Fantastic, juicy, tasty chicken. I wrapped the beer can in aluminium foil. Loved it.

Veal Scallopini
Easy to make - 5 Taste - 5 Presentation - 5 I cooked the mushrooms in the butter, liquid chicken stock, parsley and added 1/3 cup of white wine, reduced it. Served with Linguine pasta on the side. Best dish ever, something you would eat in a restaurant.

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs
This is the only recipe for meatballs I will use and I will hand it down to my children when they are old enough. Perfect. Will make double the sauce next time. Heck I'll make double the recipe and freeze some ! Definitely a keeper. Served them with basmati rice. Very tasty meatballs. I had to substitute a touch of cream for the milk. Awesome !
