Enchiladas
This is an excellent recipe. I have made this time and again and it is a favorite in my house. The only ingredient I change is sour cream instead of yogurt. I also heat up refried beans and layer the beans, meat and then cheese/soup mix inside the tortillas. To make it extra cheesy, I sprinkle a heavy dose of cheese on top before popping it in the oven. The extra cheese and refied beans make it de-lish!

Macaroni and Cheese V
I followed the recipe exactly. The milk mixture never thickened up on the stove. It only got thick once I added the cheese. The cheese didn't melt into a smooth mixture and was stringy and incredibly grainy. The bread crumbs were so overwhelming. I will never make it again. At least when I make it out of the box I know I'll be happy with the results and won't have spent an hour making it.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
Good flavor, good marinade. I doubled the marinade to have enough for a sauce. It's a thin sauce and not a sticky sauce unles you put it under the broiler uncovered like the other reviews say. Served with noodles or rice and it's a filling meal. Not something I would make all the time, but it's nice to have this recipe for a change every now and then.
