I am a busy working mom. My kids get most if not all my time when I am not working. I love to cook, but I need to prioritize and finding time to cook unfortunately is low on my list. I will cook two or three times a week, both my husband and I take turns cooking. I love making different appetizers - I am the queen of appetizers I am told. appetizers! Not too many problems with tragedies, just a few mishaps.
