Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

I used a yellow cake mix and added 2 more tbps of water than called for. I also used 1 cup of butterscotch chips and 1 cup of chocolate chips. Made them a little more interesting. Everyone loved them--didn't have to bring any home!

Pumpkin Butter Cheesecake

This recipe is fantastic! I made it for a small gathering at church, and they absolutely loved it! I ran out of confectioner's sugar, so used 1 cup less than called for, but it still tasted great! Wonderful recipe!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This pie was a great hit! Not too much peanut butter taste--it was perfect. I took the suggestions of some other members, and omitted the milk. I also decreased the sugar to 3/4 cup and only used an 8 oz tub of Cool Whip. It froze up faster and stayed together better.
