Poor Man's Cake I
My mother used to make this when I was little - she called it Yum-Yum cake. It such an easy to cake to make and is delicious either heated up or cold.

Five Minute Ice Cream
This is the best!!!!! Fast,easy and delicious. I've tried it with several different fruits and each time it's delicious.The 1/4 cup sugar works great
