Breakfast Casserole III

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
This was super easy to make. I did as others recommended and made it using potatoes O'brien to cut down on the prep time. I was pleasantly surprised it didn't get dry. I would make this again because of the ease, but I didn't think there was really anything that special about it.

Washabinaros Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
THIS CHILI IS AWESOME! I WON A CHILI COOK OFF USING IT. I live in MN and we don't like things too spicy so I left out the wasabe paste. I also used 3 different kinds of beans (1 can kidney, 1 can black beans and 1 can of honey baked). I also skipped the hot peppers and just added a little extra anaheim. Again, I live in MN and we think ketchup is spicy. However, I felt it still had just the right kick! :) Thanks for the bizarre, yet great recipe!

Crab and Shrimp Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
I thought this was only okay. I would definately use real shrimp next time. The tiny shrimp just seemed to get lost in the shuffle. I realize that the dressing was vinegar based, but it was a little too much for my taste.

Chicken Salad Croissants

This recipe is really great! So good for summmer! I also chopped up celery and diced onions which I really liked too. The swiss cheese was a great addition. I have already made this twice!

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
These cookies are as good as reviewed! We loved them. I made some with traditional Andes Mints and some with the Andes Mint Parfaits. We thought the Mint Parfait cookies came out much prettier because they are more "minty" in color. I would make them again with the Parfaits! YUMMY!

After-Christmas Turkey Potpie

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2008
This recipe was really great! I did take one of the recommendations and also added cream of potato soup. I think next time I will also chop up some potato include. All in all, we loved this recipe and can't wait to make it again!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
The dough comes out crumbly. I didn't think they were very sweet either. Wouldn't make them again.
