Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili
This is a great, simple recipe. I chose it because of its minimal ingredients. The only changes I made were to use crushed tomoatos instead of the sauce and I threw in a couple cans of rotel. Delicious!

Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins
I too was wary of this recipe with the ease and very few ingredients but was pleasantly surprised! Very easy, very good. 4 star rating because I used paper muffin liners and they stuck pretty bad to those. But very good taste.

Oatmeal and Applesauce Pancakes
Love this recipe! Very healthy. I also subsititued abuot 1/4 cup yogurt and 2 TBSP of sourcream. The batter was a bit thick and I used about 1/4 cup water to thin a bit. I used "Sarah's homemade Applesauce recipe" and used that as the applesauce and also on top instead of butter or syrup. Delicious!
