Cheesy Baked Grits
A BIG hit. I also used 2 eggs. I added more Cheddar and put in a little Swiss rather than Parmesan. And, I added a little bag of real bacon crumbles. It was REALLY good!!!

Shepherd's Pie
This is an easy, yummy recipe! I used the frozen veggies (peas, carrots, green beans) and added onion. I also only used one can soup (cream of mushroom) and used 1/2 can of Murphy's Stout beer instead of the other can of soup. It was YUMMY! I also omitted the mushrooms.

Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce
The base of this recipe is really good! I added things to make it more substantial. First, I sautéed a chopped onion and sliced portabella mushrooms in margarine. I also grilled 3 or 4 chicken breasts and chopped them up. I added all this to the sauce! I also suggest using more cheese & sun dried tomato than called for. I used parmesan & also an Italian blend shredded cheese. I used 4 cups 1/2 and 1/2... increasing everything else by 4. It made a big pot that fed about 12 adults. Everyone asked for the recipe....
