Potato Leek Soup III
Great recipe, I made it for friends last night, everyone loved it. I used half the amount of butter and used half n half instead of cream. Also added one more leek and Nutmeg along with the salt and pepper because it just goes so well with potato and leek. Yummy!

Pecan Pie V
Never make a pecan pie with corn syrup again!! I sure won't. This is my new favorite pie!! I changed a couple minor things. Added a 1/2 cup pecans, and 1/4 cup of mini choc. chips also added 1/4 tsp of fine sea salt. As others did i changed the baking time/temps to 350 for the first 20 min, then 325 for 35 min. It was perfect!!

Dreamy Nighttime Drink
This is soooo good, as a child we always had warm milk with honey at night time, the vanilla and cinnamon take it to the top (-:
