Spanish Rice Bake
Loved this. It is nothing gourmet, but comfort food. I used 1 cup of rice, a 19 oz can of tomatoes because that's what I had and a 19 oz can of water to account for the extra rice. I didn't add the brown sugar as I tasted it and liked the taste without.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II
These were really good and fast to make. I was worried that 1/2 tsp baking powder wasn't enough, so I used 1 tsp. I was too lazy to do the garlic butter on top, so I added about 1/2 tsp garlic powder to the flour. I will make these again.

Fudge-Nut Oatmeal Bars
These were tasty, but not a huge hit at our house. The oatmeal cookie globs on top made it difficult to cut the bars. It definitely needs a big glass of milk to go with it.
