Royal Icing II
This is about the same recipe I learned when I first started decorating cakes. It works very well for piping and for flowers.

Zucchini and Shells
Easy, good flavor! I used no salt tomato sauce since my husband has high BP. And I was short on time,so I kept it on med-high instead of low. Just remember to stir.

Southern Apricot Chicken
I must admit that I was worried about the sour cream w/ preserves, but it really have a great flavor when it was done. I will make this again.
