Burger or Hot Dog Buns
These buns were spectacular. I confess that I switched to bread flour because that's what I had on hand. I tossed everything in the bread machine, let it go through the bread cycle, cut it into rolls and let them rise for a bit over an hour. Excellent, I'll make these many times.

Best Bread Machine Bread
Sensational! I have put this bread through the paces, I froze it, drove 400 miles with it, thawed it, drove another 150 miles, froze it again (accidentally), thawed it again, and just enjoyed three perfect slices of this bread. YUM!

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
Perfection! I have been trying to make the opposite of doughy beer battered onion rings and these are just what I needed. Yum!
