About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom with a new year resolution to learn to cook since I have married for 5 years and have been always too busy with working full time (and beyond), having a baby, and going to grad school. Well, with work and school behind me I have time to actually make a meal now!
My favorite things to cook
I love to taste and try new things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My favorite family food tradition is Christmas. On the eve we have pizza for lunch. Then we celebrate Wielka Noc with traditional Polish food for dinner. On Christmas Day, we have cinnamon rolls in the morning. A Lunner of an American Christmas is our other formal time and leftovers are served all day long after lunner for hungry prowlers.
My cooking triumphs
I seem to always modify recipes and my husband loves them ...
My cooking tragedies
... however, I never write down what I do and can never duplicate the recipe.

Seasoned Short Ribs
This homemade BBQ sauce is so easy. I didn't have time to slow cook the short ribs due to poor planning so instead I did 400F in on convection bake for 2 hours. My husband say 5 stars ... and that's VERY RARE!

Gourmet Grilled Cheese
I think this was too fancy for our taste. =)

Chicken Breasts Pierre
Quick and easy for a homemade dinner! Loved the flavor! My husband was surprised although I told him it wasn't Italian; I think he was expecting it to taste like your usually Italian red sauce.
