Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
Definitely follow the recommendation to serve with brown sugar and butter. DELICIOUS! Also, I used butter as the grease for my pan. Pancakes fried up w/ crispy edges but still moist, and caky inside.

Parsleyed Rice Pilaf
My husband can't get enough of this! He loves rice and the first time I prepared it he said, "Baby, this is the perfect type of rice." Ha...so easy!!
