Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
I made a few changes due to the fact that I didn't have any buttermilk on hand. I substituted nonfat plain yogurt for the buttermilk and also added Vanilla. These were the fluffiest, lightest pancakes I've ever eaten! I would definitely put them up against IHOP pancakes.
