Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers
This recipe was outstanding. I didn't need to change a thing! I am going to make it again this weekend because after eating it, we want it again. I added more chicken stock as I went along because I wanted more of a sauce, but that was personal preference. yum yum!

Breaded Ranch Chicken
Two days after making this recipe, my boyfriend requested I make it again. The combination of cornflakes and ranch was so yummy. It created a soft breading underneath with crispy edges ontop. I made three chicken breasts in a glass pie dish. The chicken came out wonderful. I can't wait to make this again! I've already shared it with my other family members. The best part is, all the ingredients were already in the kitchen. Yum!

Cinnamon Chicken
I love cinnamon and I love chicken, but these two things did not go well together in this recipe. I read the other reviews first and to compensate for it being dry I put a dallop of margerine and covered it in foil. Well the chicken came out tender and juicy, but the spices were so strong that I couldn't eat it. The blend was too many different flavors all at once. I feel bad giving any recipe such a bad rating, but I really couldn't eat this. I scraped off the seasonings and tried to salvage the chicken, but it was barely edible. I really wanted to like this recipe, but I am sad to say it wasn't something I will make again.
