Toasted Garlic Bread
I made great garlic bread with this recipe. But, because it was for a barbecue, I made the spread beforehand and applied it to the bread right before putting it on the grill. I love a strong garlic taste so I used 12 cloves of garlic for 2 sticks of butter. Mixed it with oregano and paprika and left out the cheese. This was enough for a large loaf of French bread, a baguette, and then some. Yummy!
