I'm always ready to conquer(or laugh at) the next new recipe. I love Italian though, I think it is probably my favorite. I make homemade bread a lot too. I love my bread machine but I still find it very relaxing kneading it and making it all by hand. Desserts are what I seem to be known for best. When someone is wanting sweets I am the one that is asked. My mother and I have some really good family fav's saved in the back of our minds. Considering how clumsy I am, I will consider not dropping everything or burning, cutting etc. myself as triumphs. LOL Anytime something doesn't turn out the way that it is supposed to I feel like it is a tragedy.
