Garlic Spread
I made this quick and simple spread yesterday and I found it to be so overwhelmingly excellent. This is a great dip to bring to a party with some Sociables' crackers. It took me about 15 minutes to make.

Snickerdoodles II
I never made snickerdoodle cookies before and I believe this is the best tasting cookie I have ever had. Once you mix all the ingredients and have your batter, I noticed it was very dry and unable to make a ball. I added about 1/2 stick of chilled butter and mixed it on the mixing setting on my mixer. This helped to make the batter less flaky/dry. It was so easy to roll the balls into the cinnamon sugar mix. I would bake this for about 9 minutes and let sit on a baking rack. I slightly overbaked mine for 13 minutes and the cookie became really hard, yet softer in the middle. This makes a great cookie with milk or to dip in tea.

Pumpkin Bar Icing
I used this icing as a filler in between two tiny sugar cookies. This was for a sugar cookie sandwich recipe. For Valentine's Day coming up, I used red food coloring in the icing. I received a lot of compliments on this icing. However, I felt that this icing tasted too much like powdered sugar. This would be a great icing on top of sugar cookes.
