Creme brule, miso ramen (the real kind, not the instant), beef stew, korean spicy tofu stew, and my specialty...CHINESE STYLE FRIED CHICKEN WITH JA JIANG SAUCE! We gather in my large kitchen every New Year's. Each family member brings a dish and we microwave/heat it in my kitchen. The time I entered my school recipe contest!!! Won the blue ribbon! When I was cooking one year, I burnt half of my kitchen down with the stove on. OOPS!
