French Toast Fingers
This was a great addition to our Christmas brunch. I made the bread a bit soggy though and next time I make it, I will "dip" as the recipe suggests. Easy to make and gives a nice presentation.

Zucchini Saute
I had broccoli on hand and cooked that a bit in water before putting it in the skillet and it worked beautifully. The onion, mushrooms and tomato, along with the seasoning make the main vegetable more savory. Great veggie recipe!

Four Cheese Macaroni
I, too, used a shredded cheese combination and it worked very well.
