Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken
A definite recipe to repeat! So simple, cheap, and DELICIOUS! I wish the broth were thicker, but I served the chicken over rice and poured the broth over both, allowing the rice to soak it up.

Curried Pumpkin Soup
An okay recipe. Was not completely thrilled. I was aiming for something like what I had sampled in a Thai restaurant, but this missed the mark a bit.
