Fish in Foil
I used garlic powder instead of garlic salt and added the salt separately and it came out great! Even my husband cleaned his plate, and his idea of fish is fish sticks.

Cranberry Sauce
I used half white sugar, and half brown sugar, added a bit of orange zest and used 1/2 cup orange juice, and 1/2 cup of an orange mango blend. This came out wonderfully - just make sure to have enough time to let it cool down and set.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
Great coleslaw. Tasty and easy to make. One note: I chopped one head of cabbage. The amount was fine, but I would shred the cabbage next time.
